When at the pool:

Please communicate concerns to On-Site Pool Manager by asking a lifeguard to direct you to them. If the issue cannot be resolved, the On-Site Manager will contact their management at DRD if it’s an employee issue. Other issues will be forwarded to the Board of Directors. Thank you!

How to receive pool updates:

Text messages are the fastest way to get time sensitive information about operations (such as weather closures) and event reminders. To get text messages send the message: @summerhil3 (yes, only 1 l) to number: 81010

The Facebook page (Summer Hill Swim Club) has occasional updates about events, lost and found inventory, etc.
